Author Guidelines

AIGF welcomes original and rigorous manuscripts within the scope of the journal. Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration by another journal. Manuscripts should demonstrate a clear contribution to artificial intelligence research, application, policy, governance, or societal understanding. Authors should prepare manuscripts in clear academic English and ensure that all authors have approved the submitted version.

Submissions must be made in a Word document and must not exceed the 7000-word limit for a research article. Additionally, it normally includes:

Title page
Article title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author information, ORCID identifiers where available.

Abstract
Normally up to 250 words unless otherwise specified for the article type.

Keywords
Approximately 4–8 keywords.

Main manuscript
Structured according to the requirements of the selected article type.

Declarations
Funding, conflicts of interest, author contributions, data availability, ethics approval where applicable, and use of AI tools where relevant. This section must be provided before the reference section.

References

References should be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
